One month ago, we have visited hanoi for business purpose. We stayed at the Elegance chain & there is nothing adverse I could say about it. We stayed in a regular room & but though it was very good for stay. Hotel staff gives us very good service. All have very good sense and it seems that they are very well known how to treat a customer.
