Nha Trang is the capital of Khánh Hòa province, Nha Trang borders Ninh Hòa county by the north, Cam Ranh town by the south, Diên Khánh county by the west, and South China Sea by the west. 1,280 km from Hà Nội and 448 km from Hồ Chí Minh City.

Nha Trang is subdivided into 27 wards and communes, of which 19 are urban wards, namely: Vĩnh Hải, Vĩnh Phước, Vĩnh Thọ, Xương Huân, Vạn Thắng, Vạn Thạnh, Phương Sài, Phương Sơn, Ngọc Hiệp, Phước Hòa, Phước Tân, Phước Tiến, Phước Hải, Lộc Thọ, Tân Lập, Vĩnh Nguyên, Vĩnh Trường, Phước Long, Vĩnh Hòa; and 8 suburban communes, namely: Vĩnh Phương, Vĩnh Trung, Vĩnh Thạnh, Vĩnh Thái, Vĩnh Hiệp, Vĩnh Ngọc, Vĩnh Lương and Phước Đồng. Since 1998, due to the high pace of urbanization, many urban planned zones have been built, namely: Hòn Rớ, Bắc Việt, Thánh Gia, Đường Đệ, Nam Hòn Khô…

Apart from the territory on the mainland, Khanh Hoa also has its territorial waters, continental shelf, inshore islands and the island district of Truong Sa.

Nha Trang is a beautiful coastal city and capital of Khanh Hoa province, Vietnam. Nha Trang is well known for its pristine beaches and excellent scuba diving and is fast becoming a popular destination for international tourists, attracting large numbers of backpackers on the Southeast Asia circuit. Nha Trang Bay was chosen by Travel and Leisure in two succeeding years as one of 29 most beautiful bays in the world.

A very best and beautiful coastal city of the capital of  Khanh Hoa province. Its all beaches are very excellent and also it is fast becoming city. The  international tourists are coming in every year, they attracting in very large numbers because of their superb atmosphere.

I'd like to add some more information like the best time to visit Nha Trang would probably be March or April and the approximately weather in March is between 24C to 27C.

Nha Trang in general is not windy ennough to windsurf, with the exception of Doc Lep beach (35 km north of Nha Trang), which is usually reserved for experts.
