April and May are the hottest months. Avoid the rainy season just in case you don’t like the rain. Normally January, February and March are dry and sunny months, and these months are called a peak tourist season.

IMO, the best time to visit in Thailand between November and March, during these months the least and environment is not too hot.
Moreover, the approximately weather during November to March is between 29C to 35C.

You can travel Thailand at any time but i like to go there between August to December. During these time there are many festivals are held and more tourist are get together.
When i was like to tour Thailand i decide this time period and enjoy end to fun.

The very best time to visit is late November to mid-January.The time of year you do not want to visit is from March until the rainy season begins in May as it's too hot there.

We've been to Thailand in may, and the weather was not very stable, it often rained and I would recommend you going to Russia in this time. And summer is for Thailand tours.
