Travelling to Thailand during the Thai New Year?

Thai New Year is celebrated in mid April, more officially on April 13th. The main celebration includes throwing water on each other and a number of activities pertaining to Thai cultures and traditions. The fest is also known as Rohd Nam Songkran that stands for 'The Pouring of Songkran Water' in Thai language. Thai New Year is the best festival I've been to in the many locations I've visited. I hope you too have a great time!
