mod_paypal_donate.xml for joomla 2.5

Great stuff this donation module, but it does not properly work for joomla 2.5 . The parameter fields will not appear in the admin view because the xml structure for the config files has changed. I updated therefore the config file so you may you are able to use it later for Joomla 2.5.
put it to "/modules/mod_paypal_donate/mod_paypal_donate.xml"
